The room in Rusholme is waiting ...

Usual framework of the day as far as the daily practice is concerned.

The news of the day is that I already know where I'll be moving in. It's going to be three room flat in Rusholme, very close to Patt Fields Park, so three hurrays for that. We couldn't meet with one tenant who is already planning to move there, as he is still in the US and will be moving to Manchester in about a month. But we managed to meet on skype today to discuss it. We seem to get on very well together and I look forward to the move. There's yet the third person to join us...

I might actually stay in the current flat a bit longer than planned, as the other one is not available straightaway. So the move may coincide with some other transition moments which should make it even more interesting. Anyway, the flat is off the list of things to do now, a weight off the shoulders.

On the way to work, just before 6pm, the weather is just delightful. The Piccaddily beehive:

Only 3 hours at work today. These days the restaurant is less quiet and it should be like this over the next month. So the first available Saturday night in a while for me. Not that I bother much about having it free as I'm not a night life person, but it's nice to be able to hang around with the housemates which I don't usually meet when they are around on weekend. So catching up, things are moving on for all of us, people coming in, moving out.

It's 2:00 am
