A day starts at 15.20 after a long sleep and some weird dreams.

15.40 - Exercise.

After breakfast I move on straight to some guitar practice, then hang around, cook pasta for work and clean the toilet.

Getting ready for work, part of it is some Chi Kung.

20.00-8.00 - Night shift, time passes by quickly tonight.

Uff, back home. I send an email to a friend. The day has a definitely Sunday feel about it. I grab the guitar and learn first two bars of a new piece (AAD material) and call my parents.

Post this and soon to hit the bed. Another two night shifts are ahead.

10.26 a.m.

Play some John Tavener's Music. Feels very appropriate.
