Intense day

Rise 3 hours earlier then my recent days' average. It's raining outside and inside you can hear other people getting ready for work.

Sitting exercise. Breakfast & emails.

Mark arrives just after 10 o'clock, great to see him ! His parents live about 50 miles from Manchester, so a good opportunity to meet together to work with guitars. But first exchange of news over a cup of coffee.

The day goes as follows:

Guitar meeting: alternate picking, circulations in C maj.

We go out for a walk around the neighbourhood. Get some fresh air, stretch legs. And the weather ? Little rain with some wind.

Guitar meeting: Eye of the Needle, Aspiration & Thrak (the latter with focus on getting the feel of the rhythm in the body first, so without guitar )

Red curry made by Ania for lunch. It is hot and it is delicious. There are also some biscuits from Mark. After this some kitchen work is suggested. Good call by Mark, seems like a good use of what is available after the day of work.

A cup of tea afterwards and Mark is ready to leave to visit his brother near Liverpool. A good day.

Have an AT lie-down followed by one more little job in the kitchen - tidy up one cupboard that used to be use by a person that left about a month ago.

Meditate. Walk downstairs to get some dinner, which I share with Raul. He'll be leaving us in about a week. We are planning to go out tonight.

So, there few things to be done before leaving. Update study files, reports, then usual evening routines.

Going out soon ...
