A new week

The morning rule is this: the computer is off before i do the morning exercise. I have forgotten it for some time, and from the perspective of time I can now see how distracting it was. Today the morning exercise was strong and solid.

New week begins, it has this distinct feel about it.

Reflect on my life abroad: I've done what I had to do here in the North, and it was good, a necessary stage. Now it's clearly time to move on, and I can't wait to do it. I don't have problems with letting go. Completion is another beginning, as they say.

Part of the wonder of the Alexander training is how it increases the capacity to let go.
