Heartbeat

A noticing during the morning exercise - i was unable to experience/sense my heartbeat. I found it bit surprising, revealing and it also brought a relief, in a strange way, perhaps because of the act of giving it attention that followed. The 'listening for it' itself was already soothing. Could I say that this split and blockage is just the reflection of a divide on another level? Perhaps it is, anyhow, I'm grateful for noticing it.

And this morning I went with Marlena to the bank to help her opening the bank account. It took a long time, but it went fast and we enjoyed it. The assistant was very friendly and relaxed, and she could speak Polish with a lovely Slovakian accent.

And in the evening we made pizzas with Marek (M as chef, J as assistant)

Great evening with Marek, Marlena & Andrzej. There was also a toast.

In the morning:

Q: What are you doing?
A: I'm standing.

In the evening:

Q: What are you doing?
A: I'm sitting.

And also for the record: last night I booked a bus ticket to London, and I'll be moving there on Thursday, 16th April.
