Waiting for my sister to arrive, all ready to be moved to Leeds:
I have spent a very good day with Ania & Kofi, very glad I came here for the week. For the dinner we had a typical Ghanian dish, that included two types of fish, and fish is my favourite. This type of dish is meant to be eaten with hands, which was very enjoyable.
I've also gratefully observed today how my relationship to others & conduct were affected by yesterday's insight.
