Clean some windows today. Good stuff, give me more of that please.

During chi kung work tonight I had the most bizarre chi flow ever, it's a good job nobody has seen me. In case one day someone does: I'm neither possessed nor having a heart attack. It's just the generated chi making me move this way. I'm perfectly ok, please don't interrupt to offer help or to call the ambulance, actually, I usually quite enjoy its healing work. Today it was very strong and made me laugh, an emotional blockage must have been dissolved.

And in the evening: some good GC practice (guitar, JOTD, division of attention).

Ah, and more Northern Exposure episodes today, what a brilliant show. In the evening watch the documentary on the famous English football manager Brian Clough. We watched with Kofi. And tonight: Liverpool - Chelsea - 4:4, excellent news for those who care about such things and support Chelsea.
