12.00 - Rise.
12.30 - AAD Sitting.

After breakfast I leave to seek for advise in the Education Office, then make a related phone call. Both answers are the same - approach the schools directly. Alright then, pop in to the High School that is just next to the office. The idea is to get the chance to spend some time in the classroom and assist the teacher, observe, get familiar with the syllabus and the way of work here etc. I'm requested to formalize this in writing.

Back home. Cook the veg soup: leeks, carrots and potatoes. Add some soured cream/flour and hard boiled eggs at the end. Eat with Marek, then we talk. There are perspectives for some Guitar Practice together.

I then write the letter and it's time to go to the care home for the night staff meeting with the Manager.

Back home: cleaning, laundry & JOTD. Then guitar time.

Hang around, then sitting to file all the information in my head in the appropriate folders. Notice that i sit exactly 12 hours after the morning exercises, not intended.

Post this. I completely don't feel like writing this entry tonight, and the last few days were also like this. A struggle, i respond - keep going and post at the end of the day as usual. An opportunity to exercise the commitment then.
